Participation of HUBERT KAWAYA Trésor at PDAC 2026 in Toronto
The GeoRes4Dev project congratulates HUBERT KAWAYA Trésor, a DEA (Diplôme d’Études Approfondies) student at the University of Kinshasa and the Royal Museum for Central Africa (RMCA).
As a member of the BANA KONGO team, he took part in PDAC 2026 in Toronto, the world’s largest mining convention, organized by the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC). On this occasion, his team won the “Impact & Exploration” prize of the Next Generation Explorers Award (NGEA), an international competition dedicated to young talents in mineral exploration.
This distinction recognizes the quality of the work accomplished and the commitment shown in the field of mineral exploration.
