Master’s Thesis Defense – Noëlie Otsassou 2026

The GeoRes4Dev project is proud to announce the master’s thesis defense of Noëlie Otsassou, a student at Marien Ngouabi University and a beneficiary of the program’s scholarship.

Her work, entitled:
“Petrographic and geochronological characterization of the gneisses and associated rocks of the Bilinga suite (Republic of the Congo),”
is part of a scientific approach aimed at improving the understanding of the geological evolution of the Mayombe mountain range.

The defense took place at the Faculty of Science and Technology of Marien Ngouabi University.
